This policy describes how we handle the personal information you provide to us through this website (fixhome360.com) and through our contact channels.

The informational pages of this site do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The consultant login portal (fixhome360.com/login) uses strictly necessary cookies to keep your session signed in and protect your account; without them the portal cannot function.
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts; when it does, your browser connects to Google's servers, which may record technical data such as your IP address in accordance with Google's own privacy policy.
6. Social media
This site links to our profiles on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. When you visit them, the processing of your data is governed by each platform's privacy policy. We do not receive any personal information about you from those platforms merely because you visit our profiles.

We keep data from requests and quotes for as long as needed to handle them and provide reasonable commercial follow-up. Data for customers with contracted services is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and warranty periods, and afterwards for as long as applicable legal and tax obligations require.
