No favoritism, no politics. You move up when you produce and when you develop people who produce. The rules are in writing from day one.
You sell, learn the product, and build your referral base. Full commission from your very first sale.
You keep selling and start recruiting. You earn an override on your direct team's production.
You develop managers. Your income no longer depends only on your hours — it depends on your organization.
You lead a full organization with access to company margins. Here the income is residual and real.
Turnover in this industry is brutal because almost nobody provides the tools. We do.
Commission on a percentage of EPC plus organization override. You set your own number.
CRM, commission calculator, and pipeline tracking from your phone.
A licensed and insured company. You sell with your back covered.
We don't require solar experience. We require attitude, discipline, and the drive to learn a trade that pays.
If you've sold something before, great. If not, we'll train you. What we can't teach is discipline.
This isn't part-time in disguise. Appointments happen when the customer is available, including evenings and Saturdays.
You'll be moving all over the island. You need a car and a valid driver's license.
